The final strategy against the ISIS califate deployment consists into breaking their mobility between strategic points of control from the central area to the Idlib governorate and up to the Hajin area back to Irak. The start up is from tuesday 13rd of november of the 2018 year, to the end of the november month; in order to have time to gather troops from the International Coalition and the U.S. backed-up troops then, to perform with new means of communication from the Alliance. Communication troops is a must.
